At Communardo, we believe great consulting is about more than technology. It’s about understanding people, business needs and the challenges behind the request — and finding the right solutions.
We combine deep Atlassian expertise with a consultative mindset, helping customers connect people, processes and technology to create real business value. And as AI reshapes the way teams work, we’re passionate about exploring how humans and technology can work better together.
We are growing our Swedish Atlassian team and are looking for an experienced Service Management Consultant who wants to do more than run an IT help desk. You will help customers use Atlassian Service collection to deliver services across the whole organisation — from IT to HR, Finance, Facilities, Legal and beyond — and to build a system of work where services, data and people are genuinely connected.
Senior Atlassian Service Management Consultant – Jira Service Management & Assets Communardo Sweden
Stockholm, Göteborg, Karlstad, Malmö, Växjö

This Is Us
What To Expect
You combine strong platform knowledge with an understanding of processes, people and business needs. You know that the best solution is not the most complex one — it is the one that makes work clearer and more valuable for the people actually using it. And right now, that means understanding how to make humans and AI work smarter together — not as a technical experiment, but as a fundamentally better way of getting things done.
Your Mission
- You will work closely with customers to understand how services and processes work today, identify where Atlassian can make a real difference and turn those needs into sustainable solutions.
- Designing and implementing solutions in Jira Service Management.
- Helping customers expand JSM from ITSM into Enterprise Service Management — HR, Finance, Facilities, Legal and other business functions.
- Working with Assets to connect services, people, systems and business data into a coherent picture.
- Leading workshops with process owners, service teams and business stakeholders.
- Translating business requirements into scalable, maintainable Atlassian solutions.
- Simplifying and standardising processes across teams and functions.
- Supporting Cloud transformation and migrations.
- Helping customers identify where AI should take over routine service tasks — triaging, routing, knowledge retrieval — and redesigning workflows so that human effort is focused where judgment and experience actually matter.
- Orchestrating how humans and AI work together in practice: not just switching on a feature, but rethinking how a service team operates when AI is genuinely part of the flow.
- Helping customers make Rovo and Atlassian's AI capabilities a natural part of everyday service delivery — smarter together, not bolted on.
Your Profile
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira Service Management
- Experience designing and implementing service management solutions — portals, workflows, automation, integrations and reporting
- An understanding of both ITSM and broader Enterprise Service Management
- Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders at different levels
- The ability to understand the business need before reaching for the technical solution
- Confidence leading workshops and guiding customers through change
- An understanding of how to orchestrate work between humans and AI — where automation takes over, where human judgment is essential, and how to help a service organisation navigate that transition in practice
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
- Experience with Assets, Confluence, Atlassian Cloud, integrations, automation, migrations, ITIL or enterprise-scale environments is highly valuable.
- Coming from another service management platform? Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, Helix, Tasktop or similar is a genuine advantage — not a barrier. If you have helped customers implement, operate or migrate away from one of these platforms, you bring something valuable: you know what good service management looks like across different contexts, you understand what customers are used to and what they are trying to leave behind, and you can meet them where they are rather than starting from scratch.
- Experience from business functions outside traditional IT — HR, Finance, Facilities or Legal — is also an advantage.
- Atlassian and ITIL certifications are welcome, but practical experience and the ability to create solutions that people actually use matter more.
