What To Expect

Together with experienced consultants and technology experts, you will work on challenging Atlassian consulting, administration, and cloud transformation projects for enterprise customers worldwide.
As our customers operate large-scale enterprise environments, we are looking for experienced Atlassian professionals who combine strong technical expertise with consulting skills and enjoy working directly with international customers.

Your Mission

Analyze enterprise Jira and Confluence Data Center and Cloud environments, including configurations, customizations, Marketplace Apps, and integrations
Configure and administer Jira and Confluence, including workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, screens, custom fields, automation, and project configurations
Plan and execute Jira and Confluence Data Center to Cloud migrations using Atlassian migration tools and best practices
Perform migration assessments, including environment analysis, Marketplace App compatibility reviews, cleanup recommendations, and standardization activities
Translate customer requirements into scalable Atlassian solutions and provide consulting throughout implementation projects
Develop scripts and automations using ScriptRunner, Groovy, Java APIs, and REST APIs where required
Evaluate, configure, and administer Atlassian Marketplace Apps
Support customers with governance topics, user management, authentication, and SSO integrations
Troubleshoot complex technical issues during migration and day-to-day administration
Collaborate closely with consultants, developers, and international project teams while working directly with enterprise customers

Your Profile

Must-have

English proficiency at C1 level (spoken and written), as you will work daily with international colleagues and enterprise customers
3+ years of hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence in enterprise-scale environments
Strong Jira and Confluence administration experience, including workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, custom fields, and configuration of enterprise environments
Ability to translate customer requirements into working Atlassian configurations and consulting solutions
Hands-on scripting and automation experience using ScriptRunner, Groovy, Java APIs, and REST APIs
Experience evaluating and administering Atlassian Marketplace Apps (e.g. eazyBI, Advanced Roadmaps, Xray)
Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills with both technical and non-technical customer stakeholders
Willingness to work on-site in our Casablanca Finance City (CFC) office (relocation support available where applicable)

Nice-to-have

Experience working in enterprise or regulated industries (e.g. banking or financial services)
Hands-on experience delivering Jira and Confluence Data Center to Cloud migrations using Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA) and Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant
Practical experience working with both Atlassian Cloud and Data Center environments
Experience performing migration assessments, including SQL-based analysis, cleanup of filters, dashboards, boards and schemes, Marketplace App evaluations, and environment standardization
Atlassian certifications (ACP)
Experience with modern Atlassian Cloud capabilities such as Forge, Rovo, or Jira Product Discovery
German language skills (working language remains English) is a big plus
