Join a company where approachable leadership, collaborative teamwork, and short decision-making paths create the ideal environment to contribute and grow.
This role can be based at any of our locations in Sweden, Finland or Denmark.

Your Mission

Your responsibilities will include, amongst other things:

  • Reporting to the group
  • Coordination of the payroll process
  • Development of procedures, processes and working methods

Your Profile

  • Experience working in a group environment or a solid understanding of consolidated accounts and intercompany transactions
  • Ability to take ownership of the full accounting cycle and work independently
  • High level of accountability and a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Curiosity and a willingness to challenge and develop existing processes
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to communicate complex financial matters in a clear and understandable way
  • Down-to-earth personality with a collaborative and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to build effective relationships with local and international stakeholders
